BaiHui Construction (百輝營造) was a contractor on New Taipei City’s public parking program under Taiwan’s Forward-looking Infrastructure Program, and the city’s Transportation Department required a promotional film as part of the contract. Geber produced it with BaiHui. Through interviews and footage of the completed sites, the film shows how the new parking lots ease traffic and improve daily life for residents.
