A platform that matches jobs in a quick, easy and precise way.
A job searching platform that is easy to navigate to find great jobs in real-time and region-specific.
HowJobs is a job matching platform created by AGA Management consulting. Considering that the vacancies provided by the human resources platform are mostly concentrated in the north, it decided to establish an effective and convenient job working platform for both labor and management in the south. It is also the first platform to utilize Line as a registration pipeline. HowJobs expects to provide complete education and training courses and relocation agencies through active services in order to create a complete and healthy working system. At the beginning of the platform’s creation, the person in charge of the brand believed that it was necessary to attract the attention of part-time workers with a clear and professional brand image. There, he decided to cooperate with Geber to plan the overall brand strategy and build the brand’s visual image in order to increase user attention and trust in HowJobs.
[ Brand positioning and naming ]
The original name that was thought of by the person in charge was "NeedJobs".
After conducting a brand matrix workshop with core members of the brand, Geber suggested that the image should be adjusted to be professional, confident and humane.
Also, the brand name should be adjusted to "HowJobs" which brings it closer to the core value of the brand "good jobs." “How” has a homophone of the Chinese word "好", and “How” also represents the meaning of "how". With this connection of Chinese and English as well as an easy spelling and memorable name, it makes job seekers or employers immediately think of "HowJobs" when they are about to look for jobs.
To deepen the brand's impression to the customer, Geber creates the slogan "Find good jobs at HowJobs", which is easy to read and also represents the core service of the brand.
[ Brand marketing strategy ]
After establishing the core value of the HowJobs brand, Geber set up a series of marketing campaigns, including keyword optimization, so that job seekers can easily find HowJobs in search engines. Geber also utilized the appropriate social platforms and suitable communication tones, which makes it easier to approach potential customers. At the same time, Geber also plans a campus recruitment strategy so that HowJobs can effectively reach the student population with a high demand for part-time jobs.
HowJobs is the first job search platform that uses LINE as the registration system. Adhering to the concept of excellence, AGA Management Consulting not only provides quick matching for both employers and employees in the south but also helps job seekers to improve their job skills. A series of brand strategies and marketing activities enable HowJobs to successfully take over the brand in a short period. At the same time, to enable job seekers to continuously improve their self-abilities, HowJobs has planned many courses, and with the "Completion Certification Badge" created by Geber; through different levels and colors, employers can easily understand the ability of job seekers. Through this course design, the public can understand HowJobs is not only a part-time human resources website but also a platform that enables part-time talents to continuously learn and gain a sense of accomplishment.
"Thank you for the professional assistance to help us complete the brand design and marketing planning in the past few months. I hope that we will have the opportunity to invite you to participate in our milestone celebration in the near future."
HowJobs | CIS Brand Identification System
The letter H in the logo is inspired by the face-to-face handshake of two human figures. It symbolizes "Equality between employers and employees, and HowJobs can help you find the right talent or employer." The logo paired with purple and orange attracts more young job seekers' attention.
HowJobs' application design system includes business cards, DMs, identification cards, handbags, etc. It is worth mentioning that HowJobs is advancing towards its vision of “becoming a part-time partner that companies and job seekers rely on”. In addition to matching short-term part-time jobs, HowJobs also provides a large number of training courses required by the industry with human needs, and Geber assisted in designing badges of various levels of the course, so that job applicants can display the rank badges when applying the job, making it more easy to gain favors with enterprises.
