Beginning
ASML is the leader of the global chip and lithography technology market, providing the world's leading chipmakers with lithography equipment and services. Headquartered in the Netherlands, ASML officially established the Taiwanese headquarter in Hsinchu in 2003, being home to local corporate functions as well as customer support and software development.
ASML is an internationalized corporate which has 70 offices located in 16 countries. Geber has cooperated with ASML since 2017 assisting ASML with the synchronization of information between the Netherlands and Taiwan, and also with the interaction with local target audiences in a better, more profound manner. We combined both marketing strategies of long-term and medium-term, and assisted ASML with its social media operations such as Facebook, LinkedIn ,and LINE. Moreover, through digital marketing campaigns, we built and enhanced its employer brand and strengthened its interaction and communication with the Taiwanese audience.

【Long-term Digital Marketing Strategy and Operation】
Geber maintained a close collaboration with ASML Taiwan and formed a special unit for ASML Taiwan, which comprised a project manager, an editor, a graphic designer, and digital marketing performance analysts. We developed a deep understanding of the enterprise spirit, culture, industry, and technique of ASML through long-term communication and collaboration. We established content marketing for thes Taiwanese audiences under the ASML brand guideline by advocating the “3C value” of ASML. That is to say, we embodied the concept of “Challenge, Collaborate, Care” in the copywriting and blended trending culture in our content strategy planning.

Aside from the assistance of raising brand awareness, Geber came up with a digital marketing integration strategy based on the recruitment needs of ASML. We interviewed some employees and provided high-quality copyrighting and both graphic and video materials for an adequate audience in order for ASML Taiwan to find suitable source candidates.

Due to the pandemic, actual campus recruitment campaigns have been canceled and recruitment live streams were challenged. To tackle this issue, Geber arranged and planned a comprehensive “Online Campus Recruitment Seminar” for ASML Taiwan with contents including theme development, marketing promotion, target audience behavior trigger mechanism, script planning, live stream filming, video editing, graphic propaganda shooting, etc. Recruitment campaigns are no longer limited by space or time with Geber’s assistance. - Corporate Image Video
The video started with mentioning the important role of Taiwan in the global semiconductor market and brought out the leading role of ASML in the semiconductor and lithography market.
