Apera Keeper - package delivery

Apera is a Taiwanese start-up company. Online shopping is becoming a way of life for many living in today’s fast paced society. Many homes in the United States are single-family so packages are often left unattended outside during the day and may be stolen or damaged. The Apera team has a solution; they’ve created an innovative window product, the Apera Keeper. Using a smartphone APP, the device creates its own Package and Mail Receiving Port (PRP) to protect the security of parcels and letters.

An important part of the convenient online shopping experience

The mechanical product combines with a smart application to provide consumers with a safe parcel delivery environment and the ability to remotely open home windows and cabinets. Therefore, we named the brand in Latin "Open-Apoera." Apera’s pronunciation is similar to "Opera-Opera" in English, conveying the image of a theater curtain opening automatically for an audience, as the device opens a window or a box automatically for the consumer.

The majority of Apera Keeper's consumers are in the U.S. Geber analyzed similar products on the market to determine Apera’s position and advantages. For example, Apera’s products come in various sizes, providing flexibility to consumers, and allowing the products to be used for various individuals’ needs. Consumers in the U.S. enjoy trying new smart products and are drawn to such devices.

When designing the logo, our goal was to accelerate the new brand in the market. The minimalist style and clear color scheme conveys the convenience the device brings to the life of the user. Unlike the colorful packaging of general household appliances, we used a monochrome design style to reveal the tonality of smart products.
