ASRock is the fourth largest motherboard manufacturer with an eye to gain market share. While certain competitors had been able to establish strong positioning and brand image, this ability had thus far eluded ASRock. This is where Geber came in.
Geber worked with ASRock to first identify areas where they could establish a foothold, followed by the right strategy to achieve strong positioning in these areas.
After carrying out extensive surveys and telephone interviews, we found that Germany and Poland offered attractive opportunities that fit right in with ASRock’s positioning of a high-value-to-cost product. Geber then put together the right digital marketing plan leveraging key influencers in these markets to drive sales growth.
By the end of the project, ASRock jumped into the top 20 list of Taiwanese brands for 2016.
